Allay Home Services LLC ("Allay," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you may have.

  1. Information We Collect. We may collect the following categories of information:
    • Account and contact information
      • Name, email address, phone number
      • Account login information (handled through our authentication provider)
    • Booking and service information
      • Service type, scheduled dates/times, duration, time zone
      • Booking and scheduling identifiers (e.g., scheduling provider IDs)
    • Service location and access information
      • Address and access instructions (entry details, parking notes)
      • Notes you provide to help us complete service (including pets, children, hazards)
    • Session details and preferences
      • Scope notes and preferences you submit through the client portal (e.g., focus areas, bathrooms/bedrooms/floors, "hardest right now," and other notes)
    • Payment information
      • We do not store full card numbers. Payment card processing is handled by our payment processor (Stripe).
      • We may store payment-related identifiers and status (e.g., checkout session IDs, payment intent IDs, timestamps, refunds).
    • Technical data
      • Basic device/browser and log data may be collected automatically by our website hosting and service providers for security and reliability.
  2. How We Use Information. We use information to:
    • provide and manage booked services
    • schedule, reschedule, and communicate about appointments
    • process payments and refunds
    • maintain safety and preparedness for in-home service
    • improve reliability and prevent fraud/abuse
  3. How We Share Information. We share information only as needed to operate our services, including with service providers (processors):
    • Supabase (authentication and database)
    • Vercel (website hosting)
    • Stripe (payment processing)
    • Cal.com (scheduling and rescheduling)
    • Airtable (operations / automation layer, if used for syncing)
    • Google Calendar (calendar syncing via integrations)
    We do not sell your personal information.
  4. Photography & Media (Optional) In some cases, we may request permission to photograph service areas. This is always optional.
    • Internal documentation photos (not public). If you consent, we may take before/after photos of service areas for internal documentation (e.g., continuity across visits, planning, and quality reference). We aim to avoid capturing identifying personal information whenever possible.
    • Marketing / portfolio photos (public use). We do not publish photos publicly without your explicit permission. Marketing/portfolio use requires a separate opt-in through our Photo & Media Consent page (or written confirmation). If you do not opt in, we will not use your photos for marketing.
    • Withdrawing consent. You may withdraw marketing/portfolio consent at any time, and it will apply going forward.
  5. Data Retention. We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to:
    • provide services and manage ongoing packages
    • maintain business records (including invoices and payment records)
    • prevent fraud and resolve disputes/chargebacks
    • comply with legal or accounting obligations
    Non-essential notes (such as access instructions and session detail notes) may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed for active service or operational purposes.
  6. Your Choices and Requests. You may request to:
    • access the personal information we have about you
    • correct inaccurate information
    • request deletion or anonymization of certain information (subject to retention needs above)

  7. Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
  8. Children's Privacy. Our website and portal are not intended for children to use independently. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our portal, contact us.
  9. Changes to this Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of use governs.
