Website & Client Portal Terms

These Website & Client Portal Terms ("Portal Terms") govern use of the Allay Home Services website and client portal (the "Site"). They do not replace or modify the Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Service Policy, which govern booked services.

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or submitting information through the client portal, you agree to these Portal Terms.

  1. Relationship to Service Agreements.
    • Booking, payment, cancellations, refunds, and service delivery are governed by the MSA and Service Policy.
    • These Portal Terms apply only to use of the website and client portal.
    If there is a conflict, the MSA and Service Policy control.
  2. Accounts & Access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there has been fraud, chargeback abuse, harassment, misuse of the platform, or violation of these Portal Terms or other service agreements.
  3. Client Portal Use. The portal allows clients to book and manage services, update session details, and view service history and documents. Information submitted should be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Saved updates may be time-stamped and shared with our team.
  4. Acceptable Use. You agree not to:
    • disrupt the Site or attempt unauthorized access
    • harass, threaten, or abuse others
    • copy, scrape, or misuse Site content
  5. Intellectual Property. Site content (branding, text, images, layout, and design) is owned by Allay Home Services LLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
  6. Third-Party Services. The Site may integrate third-party services (including payment processors and scheduling platforms). We are not responsible for third-party availability, performance, or policies.
  7. No Warranties. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Site will be error-free. Service outcomes are governed by the MSA and Service Policy.
  8. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allay Home Services LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of the Site or portal, except as otherwise provided in the MSA.
  9. Governing Law. These Portal Terms are governed by Maryland law. Any disputes arising from use of the Site shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Maryland.
  10. Changes. We may update these Portal Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of use governs.
