A small, relationship-based household service offering thoughtful, hands-on support for real homes.
How Allay started
Allay grew out of more than 15 years of hands-on work in family coordination, organizing, cleaning, and household support—work done inside real homes and real moments of transition.
That experience spans private households and professional environments in both the U.S. and throughout Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Over time, what families valued most wasn’t a platform or a rotating list of providers—it was continuity: working with someone who learns their home and shows up with care.
Today, Allay is a small two-person operation. One person focuses on the in-home work; the other supports intake, orientation, communication, and planning so the experience stays clear and steady from the first conversation.
We focus on doing this work well for households who value trust, presence, and long-term support.
